MBIS - Teacher Enrichment Program - Primary

RMCC recently conducted a Teacher Enrichment Program for the primary educators of Mainadevi Bajaj International School (MBIS).

The program created a collaborative space for educators to reflect on the learning needs of young children and explore practical ways to make classroom experiences more supportive, engaging and inclusive.

Through discussion, reflection and interactive activities, the session encouraged teachers to connect everyday classroom observations with the different ways in which primary learners understand, respond and participate. The focus remained on thoughtful teaching practices that recognise each child’s strengths while responding sensitively to areas where additional support may be needed.

The session also highlighted the value of early observation and timely intervention. When teachers, families and specialists work together, children receive consistent support across the environments in which they learn and grow. This collaborative approach helps children build confidence, independence and a positive relationship with learning.

The enthusiastic participation of the educators made the program a meaningful exchange of ideas and experiences. RMCC is grateful to the MBIS primary team for creating an open learning environment and for their continued commitment to the academic, emotional and social development of their students.
